Do i need a referral?

You do not require a Doctors referral prior to commencing physiotherapy. Unfortunately if you currently under DVA, an EPC Medicare Program, WorkCover or TAC, we are unable to service these request at the moment.

Do you offer any equipment?

Our Physio team will generally have all the equipment available to treat our patients comprehensively. If you want to purchase any specific equipment, please discuss this with your physiotherapist.

What should I expect during our consultation?

Your physiotherapist will take the time to sit down with you, listen to your experiences, and gain a clear understanding of your concerns, as well as discuss your goals and what you hope to achieve through physiotherapy. Your condition will be explained clearly to you and then treated appropriately. Treatment will vary depending on your condition.

What do i wear during the physiotherapy sessions?

Light, comfortable clothing such as shirt and shorts are fine. If you could like the therapist to observe any area of concern, please make sure that the therapist would be able to conduct a thorough assessment during the assessment. For example, if you have issues in your legs, shorts are recommended.

How long are the consultation?

The initial consultation will be 45mins. For subsequent visits, your physiotherapist will discuss the most appropriate treatment duration with you. Generally it will be around 30-45mins.

How do I pay?

For patients under a funding program such as HCP/STRC, we will acquire payment from the relevant parties. For private patients, cash and bank transfers are allowed. We are in the process of expanding our payment methods and will let you know as soon as possible!
